Paul is a strategic leader adept at solving complex problems. He has more than twenty-five years of management experience with significant tenure in the agriculture industry.

Through progressive roles over 11 years with Ag Growth International Inc. (“AGI”), Paul led a program of aggressive expansion via acquisition, completing and integrating eight acquisitions and dramatically growing AGI’s catalog. During Paul’s tenure, AGI evolved from a North American supplier of farm equipment to a leading global supplier of grain handling and storage solutions for the farm and commercial grain handling and processing segments of the industry.

Before joining  AGI, Paul was a partner in a Winnipeg-based M&A consulting practice. Prior to this, he served as CFO and General Manager to a manufacturer and distributor of value-added wood products.

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 1990 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994 (Silver medal for Manitoba).
